Abstract

The utility model discloses a honeycomb type heat dissipation apparatus for LED light fixture, which comprises a ceramic substrate with heat conductive layer sintered on the bottom, a radiating tube at least partially connected with the substrate, and heat radiation fins connected with the radiating tube, wherein the substrate is provided with at least two light-emitting diodes, the ceramic substrate of the honeycomb type heat dissipation apparatus is of regular polygon shape, preferably regular hexagon, or the heat radiation fins are of regular polygon shape. In such a structure, the number of radiators per unit volume can be increased, thereby improving heat dissipation effect.
本实用新型揭示一种LED灯具的蜂窝型散热装置,包括底部烧结有导热层的陶瓷基板、与基板至少部分接触的散热管、与散热管相接触的散热鳍片,所述基板设置有至少两个LED发光二极管,所述蜂窝型散热装置的陶瓷基板呈正多边形,优选的呈正六边形,或者散热鳍片亦呈正多边形,从而可以提高单位体积内散热器的放置数量,并进而提高散热效果。
