Abstract

一种具有电磁吸盘的起重机,涉及一种起重机技术领域。在吊梁下方通过连接件连接电磁吸盘,在电磁吸盘上设置距离传感器和温度传感器,所述距离传感器和温度传感器的信号输出分别连接电磁吸盘工作控制电路。距离传感器和温度传感器分别用于检测电磁吸盘工作面与钢板之间的距离和电磁吸盘的温度,通过信号线传至电磁吸盘工作控制电路,以控制电磁吸盘的工作电源的通或断。本实用新型可实现电磁铁吸附距离控制,避免吸附撞击和噪音;空载时电磁铁断电,降低电力消耗;实现电磁铁过热保护,避免高温烧毁;结构简单,安全可靠、节约能源,采用末极控制方式,无需司机室控制。
A crane having an electromagnetic chuck relates to a crane technical field. The lower portion of a hanging beam is connected with the electromagnetic chuck through a connector; a distance sensor and a temperature sensor are arranged on the electromagnetic chuck; signal output ends of the distance sensor and the temperature sensor are respectively connected with a working control circuit of the electromagnetic chuck; the distance sensor and the temperature sensor are respectively used for detecting the distance between a working face of the electromagnetic chuck and a steel plate and the temperature of the electromagnetic chuck; and signals are transmitted to the working control circuit of the electromagnetic chuck for controlling on/off of a working power supply of the electromagnetic chuck. The utility model realizes control for attraction distance of the electromagnet so as to avoid attraction impact and noise; the electromagnet is powered off in no-load so as to reduce the power consumption; the electromagnet is protected under overheating so as to avoid high temperature burning-off; and the crane having the electromagnetic chuck has a simple structure, is safe and reliable, saves energy, employs an end-pole control mode instead of cab control.
