本实用新型公开了一种节能热回收高换气恒温恒湿实验室,中央空调机组与水泵组通过管道连接到组合式空调柜,形成供回水密闭循环系统,实验室内放置有多个温湿度传感器,温湿度传感器与CPU连接,CPU与各个电动阀连接,电动阀与组合式空调柜连接,温湿度传感器检测到的送风温度值、湿度值送到CPU中与设定值比较,CPU处理后的数据通过执行器对电动阀的阀门开启比例进行控制,实验室另装有排风机,排风机通过排风管与全热交换器连接。本实用新型的优点是通过温湿度传感器来判断房间温湿度是否达到要求,从而控制阀门比例;充分利用实验室排风的冷热/源,同时处理实验室排风中有毒有害的物质。
The utility model discloses an energy-saving heat-recovery high-ventilation constant temperature and constant humidity laboratory. A central air-conditioning unit and a water pump set are connected to a combined air conditioning cabinet through a pipeline, thereby forming a closed circulation system of supply and return water; a plurality of temperature and humidity sensors are placed in the laboratory; the temperature and humidity sensors are connected with a CPU (central processing unit); the CPU is connected with each electric valve; the electric valve is connected with the combined air conditioning cabinet; supply air temperature values and supply air humidity values detected by the temperature and humidity sensors are sent to the CPU to be compared with a set value; data processed by the CPU control the valve opening proportion of the electric valve through an actuator; an air exhaust fan is additionally mounted in the laboratory; and the air exhaust fan is connected with a total heat exchanger through an air exhaust duct. The laboratory has the advantages that the temperature and humidity sensors are used to judge whether the temperature and the humidity in the room meet the requirement, so as to control the valve proportion; air exhaust cold-heat sources of the laboratory are fully utilized; and at the same time, poisonous and harmful substances in the exhausted air of the laboratory are treated.
