本实用新型公开一种棘轮扳手的驱动结构,包括一扳手本体,设有一贯穿上下的置入孔,在置入孔壁面上至少凹设有一容室,该容室具有一顶面、一与顶面相对的底面及一连接于顶面与底面间的竖壁,该竖壁还设有一定位部;一枢设在置入孔中的棘轮,具有一驱动孔和一环设在外周的外齿部;一置设在容室中的棘块,具有与容室竖壁相邻的背面及与棘轮外齿部相邻的正面,该背面具有一定位单元,在左右两侧和容室竖壁之间形成有一空隙,该棘块正面的左半部设有能啮合棘轮外齿部的卡齿,右半部设有能脱离棘轮外齿部的逃离区;一弹簧,一端限制于定位部、另端限制于定位单元,使棘块能通过该弹簧耦接在容室中。本实用新型具有使用寿命长和适用环境广的特点。

The wrench body is provided with an imbedding hole penetrating up and down, the wall surface of the imbedding hole is at least convexly provided with a containing chamber, the containing chamber is provided with a top face, a bottom face opposite to the top face and a vertical wall connected between the top face and the bottom face, and the vertical wall is also provided with a location part. The ratchet wheel is pivoted in the imbedding hole and is provided with a driving hole and an outer tooth part annularly arranged at the periphery. The ratchet block is arranged in the containing chamber and is provided with a back face adjacent to the vertical wall of the containing chamber and a front face adjacent to the outer tooth part of the ratchet wheel, wherein the back face is provided with a location unit, a gap is formed between the left and right sides and the vertical wall of the containing chamber, the left half part of the front face of the ratchet block is provided with blocking teeth which can be engaged with the outer tooth part of the ratchet wheel, and the right half part is provided with a flee region which can be separated from the outer tooth part of the ratchet wheel. One end of the spring is limited at the location part, and the other end is limited to the location unit so that the ratchet block can be coupled in the containing chamber through the spring. The utility model has the characteristics of long service life and wide application environment.
