Abstract

The utility model provides a positioning and marking system of a CCD image sensor. The positioning and marking system comprises a CCD image sensor, a laser, a beam expander and a scanning lens, wherein the laser, the beam expander and the scanning lens are sequentially arranged along the light path; the positioning and marking system is characterized by also comprising a correction prism; and the correction prism is arranged in front of the lens of the CCD image sensor. The positioning and marking system has the benefits that the correction prism is arranged in front of the CCD image sensor so as to lead the virtual image, formed after passing through the correction prism, of the processed plane, to be observed from the front surface of the CCD image sensor; and the distance between the left virtual edge point and the CCD image sensor is basically consistent with the distance between the right virtual edge point and the CCD image sensor, thus well solving the problem that the images can not be clear synchronously since the distances are not consistent.
本实用新型提供一种CCD图像传感器定位打标系统,其包括,CCD图像传感器,激光器、扩束镜和扫描振镜,所述的激光器、扩束镜和扫描振镜沿光路依次设置,其特征在于:所述CCD图像传感器定位打标系统进一步包括校正三棱镜,所述校正三棱镜设置于所述CCD图像传感器的镜头前方。本实用新型的有益效果是:采用在CCD图像传感器的前方设置校正三棱镜,使得加工平面通过校正三棱镜后所成的虚像能被CCD图像传感器正面观察;左、右虚边缘点到CCD图像传感器的距离基本一致,很好地解决了由于距离不一致导致的成像无法同时清晰的问题。
