本实用新型公开了一种节能型分体式流体增压器装置,其包括吸入锥管、分流通道、分流接口、内腔、出水口、后喷水孔、外筒体、前喷水孔、垫片、联接件、分流喇叭管、内直管、后分流环和前分流环,吸入锥管和分流接口位于分流喇叭管上,外筒体与分流喇叭管之间通过联接件联接,外筒体与内直管之间通过前分流环、后分流环联接,内腔位于外筒体与内直管之间,前分流环上设有前喷水孔,后分流环上设有后喷水孔,分流通道位于分流喇叭管与内直管之间,内直管的出水口位于外筒体的末端和后分流环上的后喷水孔之间,垫片位于分流喇叭管与内直管之间且靠近联接件。本实用新型在保证流量和原系统压力的前提下降低电机功率,从而实现节能的目的。
The utility model discloses an energy-saving split type fluid supercharger which comprises an absorbing taper pipe, a shunting channel, a shunting interface, an inner chamber, a water outlet, a rear water spray hole, an outer cylinder body, a front water spray hole, a spacer, a connecting piece, a shunting trumpet pipe, an inner straight pipe, a rear shunting ring and a front shunting ring, wherein the absorbing taper pipe and the shunting interface are arranged on the shunting trumpet pipe, the outer cylinder body is connected with the shunting trumpet pipe by the connecting piece, the outer cylinder body is connected with the inner straight pipe by the front shunting ring and the rear shunting ring, the inner chamber is arranged between the outer cylinder body and the inner straight pipe, the front shunting ring is provided with the front water spray hole, the rear shunting ring is provided with the rear water spray hole, the shunting channel is arranged between the shunting trumpet pipe and the inner straight pipe, a water outlet of the inner straight pipe is arranged between the tail end of the outer cylinder body and the rear water spray hole on the rear shunting ring, and the spacer is arranged between the shunting trumpet pipe and the inner straight pipe and is adjoining to the connecting piece. On the premise of guaranteeing the flow and the pressure of the original system, the power of a motor is reduced, thereby achieving the aim of energy saving.
