Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种垃圾处理系统,系统依次设有垃圾储料仓,垃圾破碎机,垃圾给料装置,分解炉和水泥窑,垃圾给料装置与分解炉之间设有垃圾燃烧炉,燃烧炉上设有垃圾进口与垃圾给料装置的出口相连,燃烧炉的顶部设有排气口与分解炉连通,分解炉的物料出口与水泥窑进料口连通,燃烧炉的底部设有不燃物排出装置,所述的燃烧炉为气化燃烧炉。利用气化炉的优点,对垃圾进行稳定燃烧,同时燃烧产生的垃圾气体进入分解炉进行进一步燃烧,燃烧产生的不燃物由不燃物排出装置进行进一步处理,将垃圾焚烧与水泥窑相结合,不仅解决了原有垃圾燃烧会产生废气的缺点,同时燃烧后的物质还可以作为水泥的原料,节约了能源,同时没有任何污染。
The utility model relates to a refuse disposal system which is sequentially provided with a refuse storage bin, a refuse crushing machine, a refuse feeding device, a decomposing furnace and a cement kiln, wherein a refuse combustion furnace is arranged between the refuse feeding device and the decomposing furnace and provided with a refuse inlet that is connected with an outlet of the refuse feeding device; an exhaust port is arranged at the top of the combustion furnace, and is communicated with the decomposing furnace; the material outlet of the decomposing furnace is communicated with the feed port of the cement kiln; an incombustible matter discharge device is arranged on the bottom of the combustion furnace; and the combustion furnace is a gasified combustion furnace. The refuse is stably combusted by utilizing the advantages of a gasifying furnace, the refuse gas generated due to combustion enters the decomposing furnace for further combustion, and the incombustible matter generated due to secondary combustion is further disposed by the incombustible matter discharge device, and the refuse combustion and the cement kiln are combined, so that the defect that the original refuse combustion can generate waste gas is avoided, the material after combustion can also be used as the raw material of cement, thus saving energy resources and having no pollution.
