Abstract

An automatically and continuously controlled drilling device is applied to the field of oil and gas drilling, and adopts the structure that a human-computer interaction platform is connected with the ground segment of an MWD (Measurement While Drilling) instrument or an LWD (Logging While Drilling) instrument and also connected with a top drilling drive device; a drill string is connected with the lower end of a main shaft of the top drilling drive device; the lower end of the drill string is connected with the underground segment of the MWD instrument or the LWD instrument; a steering screw drill is connected with the lower end of the underground segment of the MWD instrument or the LWD instrument; and a drill is connected with the lower end of the steering screw drill assembly. The utility model has the effects that the rotation speed and rotation angle of the main shaft of the top drilling drive device can be automatically controlled according to the comparative analysis on geometric or geological parameters and designed track which are measured by the MWD (LWD) system, so that the orientation of tool face is adjusted promptly, and the drilling of a direction well is continuously controlled. The automatically and continuously controlled drilling device can effectively improve the control precision of well track, shortens the drilling time and reduces the drilling cost.
自动连续控制钻井装置,应用于石油、天然气钻井领域。人机交互平台连接随钻测量仪地面部分或随钻测井仪地面部分,人机交互平台还连接顶部驱动钻井装置;在顶部驱动钻井装置的主轴下端连接有钻杆柱,钻杆柱的下端连接随钻测量仪井下部分或随钻测井仪井下部分,在随钻测量仪井下部分或随钻测井仪井下部分下端连接有导向螺杆钻具,在导向螺杆钻具的下端连接有钻头。效果是:能根据随钻测量(测井)系统测得的几何或地质参数与设计轨迹的比对分析,自动控制顶部驱动钻井装置主轴的旋转速度及旋转角度,及时调整工具面方位,连续地控制定向井钻进,能够有效提升井眼轨迹控制精度、缩短钻井时间、缩减钻井成本。
