本实用新型公开了一种多通道铝箔智能测试仪。该多通道铝箔智能测试仪包括相互连通的包单片机控制模块和3~12路电源转换模块;在3~12路电源转换模块里面采用了串联分压技术和电源共享分路控制技术,同时连接有相互独立带隔离的电压电流采样模块和电压电流AD转换模块;在所述的单片机控制模块上连接有液晶显示模块、数据采集模块和电压电流DA控制模块;所述的电压电流DA控制模块与3~12路电源转换模块单向连接;在数据通信模块上外接电脑数据分析处理模块;所述的3~12路电源转换模块与电源相连。本实用新型的仪器体积比传统仪器体积缩小30%,重量减轻50%,稳定性可靠性提高了20%,测量精度高达1‰。
The utility model discloses a multi-channel aluminum foil intelligent test instrument, which comprises single chip control modules which are communicated with each other and 3 to 12 power conversion modules; a series connection voltage division technology and a power share shunt control technology are adopted for the 3 to 12 power conversion modules, and at the same time, the power conversion modules are connected with a voltage current sampling module and a voltage current AD (alternating current-direct current) conversion module, which are independent from each other and are provided with an isolator; the single chip control module is connected with a liquid crystal display module, a data collection module and a voltage current DA (direct current-alternating current) control module; the voltage current DA control module is connected with the 3 to 12 power conversion modules in a single direction; a data communication module is externally connected with a computer data analysis processing module; and the 3 to 12 power conversion modules are connected with a power source. Compared with the traditional instrument, the size of the multi-channel aluminum foil intelligent test instrument is reduced by 30 percent, the weight is reduced by 50 percent, the stability and the reliability are improved by 20 percent, and the measurement precision reaches one thousandth.
